The interview process was pretty standard. I first got some emails from HR. Then, there was a phone screen that focused on culture and my general fit for the role. After that, I had a virtual meeting on camera with the lead of the department. The communication throughout was great, and everyone I talked to was really respectful and attentive during the whole thing.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

This interview process was very inconsiderate of my time. They reached out to me in response to my application back on June 24th, and it is now August 5th that I am hearing I did not get the job. I interviewed with 5 different people having the same conversations. Meanwhile, I turned down other opportunities because I was under the impression this was going in a different direction. Nonetheless, I appreciate the time and consideration.

This was one of the best interview processes I've experienced. The team was open, responsive, and every talk felt real. Lots of questions were asked casually, which helped me get a sense of the culture, the job, and what it would be like working there. I felt supported and valued throughout. The timing wasn't quite right for me to move, but I'd love to work with this team and company down the line.
