The interview process was pretty standard. It took about two weeks to complete. I had two rounds of interviews, and everyone involved was really communicative and helpful throughout. Unfortunately, I didn't receive an offer in the end.

Super disappointing interview process. I went through 3 months of projects, interviews, and then they took 3 weeks to reply to me. They said they were putting the role on pause and would get back to me, I then see the listing reposted on LinkedIn so I reach out for feedback/closure and they told me my experience didn’t align. Why would I have gone through 3 months if my experience didn’t align? Huge waste of time and energy that could have been avoided if they would have just been straight up with people instead of giving them false hope for your own benefit.

Recruiter hit me up about a Senior Designer role. We chatted on the phone about the job and my background. Then I had a meeting with the director. Got assigned a project a couple weeks later, and they offered some money for it. Talking to the director, it sounds like the designers there are overworked and on small teams. Just a heads up, they don't seem to value your time much - interviewers were consistently 20-45 mins late. Also, noticed a distinct lack of diversity.
