Customer Service Representative
It was a two-hour group interview with four other girls, and there were two assessments. You had to respond to three customer questions. It felt a bit uncomfortable for me since I'm more of a one-on-one interview person.
- How would you deal with an upset customer?
Customer Service Associate
We started with a group interview asking some basic questions. Then, you had two tests. The first test was a bit random, a timed challenge to assess quick thinking. The second test was a written assessment where you had to respond to some customer service scenarios.
- Can you share an instance where you managed a challenging customer interaction?
- Describe a situation involving a difficult manager and how you navigated it.
Customer Service Associate

- Tell me about a challenge you faced in your previous role and how you handled it.
