Technical Coding

A recruiter from Reflektive contacted me about a front-end role. I accepted, and went through an initial interview and a coding challenge. The coding challenge was easy and I finished it quickly. A few days later, the recruiter told me I wasn't moving forward. When I asked why, she said she couldn't give more feedback but wished me luck. It's funny because Reflektive sells a service that helps people get feedback to improve, so it seemed odd they wouldn't offer any.

Confirmed questions3 questions

The founder reached out personally via email, excited about my application, and set up a phone chat with a recruiter. The recruiter gave a standard company pitch, and I got to ask some questions about their culture and product vision. It was a pretty typical initial call.
