They reached out to me very keen to set up interview with hiring manager. I wasn't given much info about the role during the initial screening. The hiring manager was late and hadn't reviewed my CV or TA notes. Both TA and hiring manager ghosted me after we agreed on a follow-up.

The interview process with Redwood was rigorous. I had separate interviews with the Recruiter, Sales Manager, VP of Sales, President of NA/APAC, and Head of Solution Architects. Once those were complete and they were interested, I then had to complete a ppt and present via WebEx to the entire group that I already interviewed with.

I first got contacted by a Redwood recruiter on LinkedIn. We had an initial call, followed by a face-to-face interview with the German management team. After that, I had one final interview with HR.
