The interview process involved multiple rounds of meeting with the team, and culminated in a case study in the final round. I think there were five rounds in total. Ultimately, I wasn't selected for the role. It seems like they put hiring on hold and then resumed it several months later, suggesting they might not have been entirely clear on what they were seeking, which is pretty standard for agency interviews!

The interview has a 'speed dating style.' It's very informal and laid back. Three interviewers talk to you one by one for 30 minutes and ask you questions about your background and your interest in brand strategy. The rigor of the questions depends on the interviewer; some just wanted to talk, others had more structured questions.

Got a message from a recruiter on LinkedIn. Then I had a meeting with the Deputy Head of Strategy and the Strategy Director. The recruiter mentioned I'd meet more team members, but she didn't set up those meetings.
