Behavioral Presentation Other

This was probably one of the worst interview processes I've been through. There were multiple interviews, which is expected, but they discussed benefits during the second interview. In my final interview, one interviewer couldn't use their camera due to internet problems, and the other was undergoing home renovations, making it hard for them to hear me. They sent a document to review to prepare a strategy. It consistently takes them over a week to provide updates on the next steps. Their communication and overall interview process really needs improvement and streamlining.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process had 4 interviews over 3 weeks. Each meeting was designed for both me and Redox to get to know each other better. A key thing I noticed is that Redox really emphasizes that this employment opportunity needs to be a mutual fit, which is different from other companies. They actually want you to interview their teams as much as they interview you. The first interview was with a key person on the CS team. The second was with HR Management where we talked openly about benefits, salary, and what my current and ideal work situations are. The third was a meeting focused on culture and values with employees from different teams to get various viewpoints. The fourth was a presentation on CSM skills for the hiring manager and the CSM team. Finally, there were reference checks and then the offer.

Case Behavioral

I went through 5 interviews with different people at Redox. First, I had a phone screen with the manager. Then, I had a call with HR about benefits and how things work logistically. After that, there was a video call where I discussed a project management case with two employees. Following that, I had a video call with PeopleOps to assess personality and culture fit. Finally, there was another video call where I talked through a technical case project with two employees.
