Behavioral Technical Coding

Had a screening call, then a behavioural interview, a coding test, and finally an infrastructure interview. All the questions seemed quite easy and straightforward. After getting really good feedback, and hearing something that sounded like an offer was coming after the last interview, they just went silent. I reached out to one recruiter I spoke with at Redis a week after the final interview, and then again to another recruiter a week after that. Both of my emails were ignored. It's pretty wild that after 4 separate calls, I couldn't even get a simple rejection email.

Behavioral Technical

First I spoke with a recruiter, then a manager called to see if I was a good fit culture-wise and asked one simple technical question that needed a one-sentence answer. Then I had two technical interviews.

Coding System Design Behavioral

So I had an interview for a software engineer role. First, there was a recruiter phone call that lasted about 30 minutes. Then I had interviews with the team leader, a coding interview, an architecture interview, an interview with the group director, and finally an HR interview. The coding and architecture parts were moderately difficult, but the personal, communication, and other aspects were pretty in-depth and harder than average.
