I first had a Face to Face interview with the Branch Manager of Redington India Ltd, where I was asked questions about my past experience. After that, I had a telephonic interview two days later with Microsoft, where the questions were more related to the current profile they were going to offer me. Then, I had to face an IQ test, for which I had to pay INR 2000 to Microsoft to solve 200 objective questions.
