Management Trainee
First there's a group discussion, then two interview rounds. The first interview is technical, followed by an HR interview. If it's an MT position, a crowd test will be conducted based on how many people show up.

Management Trainee
I applied through my college for a Campus Drive. First they asked us to send creative CVs from us. Some students were shortlisted for the Group Discussions. Later on Psychometric test was conducted. Finally PI was conducted.
- What makes you the ideal candidate for this position?
Relationship Manager
I first had a Face to Face interview with the Branch Manager of Redington India Ltd, where I was asked questions about my past experience. After that, I had a telephonic interview two days later with Microsoft, where the questions were more related to the current profile they were going to offer me. Then, I had to face an IQ test, for which I had to pay INR 2000 to Microsoft to solve 200 objective questions.
