The interview process is heavily focused on unpaid take-home assignments that require a lot of time and strategic thinking. Even though this is presented as part of the evaluation, it's not clear how these assignments are actually used or valued, and many candidates don't move forward even after submitting strong work. It can feel like a one-sided process where candidates put in a lot of effort but don't get much feedback or a clear path to getting hired. I'd suggest the company either simplify the assignments or pay candidates for the extensive work they do.

The interview process seemed quite standardized and organized initially. However, the interviewer was late. They didn't give much detail about the role but did ask some good questions. I was told I'd hear back the following week, but instead, I got an email asking for feedback on the interview process a day or two before receiving a generic rejection email. It felt a bit impersonal, like I wasn't seriously considered.
