Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at redBus India.
Intern
So first they had an OA with 15 MCQ questions covering aptitude, oops, and predict output stuff, followed by 2 coding questions (meeting problem and candle problem). Then there was a virtual interview asking about my projects and some coding questions. Lastly, an HR round.
- Can you tell me about your projects?
- Could you answer some basic coding questions?
Intern
The interview process was split into three phases, plus an online assessment. The first round was a technical interview done online. The second round was also a technical interview, but it was offline and on-campus. The third round was a mix of technical and HR. There was also an online assessment.
- Can you tell me about your project?
- Could you ask some SQL queries related to the project?
- Could you ask some simple to medium level DSA questions?
Intern
I had 4 rounds total. The first was an aptitude and coding round. Then there were 2 tech interviews. The last one was a mix of tech and HR. The CTO conducted the final interview. The vibe was really relaxed and friendly. The tech rounds felt pretty similar to each other. The coding round itself wasn't too hard, though it really depends on the specific questions you get.
- The technical rounds had questions based on your past projects and some puzzles.
- Make sure to brush up on the concepts of the languages you've listed on your resume.
- The coding round questions were easy, but it depends on the set of questions you are given.
