So first they do a quick 10 minute phone call to see if they want to invite you for an in-person interview. They'll have you block out 2 hours for the interview, then they'll match you up for a one on one. During that one on one, you'll do a role play sales call and they'll give you feedback right then and there. After that, they'll bring you back to a group to watch a video that's over 30 minutes long about a sample sales call and then give you a tour of the facility.

First you chat with someone on the phone, they'll give you a quick overview of the company. This call is mainly to check your phone presence since it's a call center job. Then, they'll set up an interview and ask you to read some documents they send over. These docs are for a test pitch that your interview will be based on. Print them out, practice, and bring them with you. They want to see if you can read the text in RED exactly as it's written, because that's what you'll be doing on the phones. The blue text is a basic pitch, but I'd suggest putting it in your own words. My interview had two parts. The first part was a customer calling to order a TV. You need to ask some questions about what TV channels they like and then go through the pitch. The interviewing manager will act like they're buying it the first time. The second part was the same, but my interviewing manager complained about their existing TV service. You're supposed to notice the complaint and deal with it in your close.

So first, I had this quick phone chat where we talked about the company and the role. Then, the next step was an in-person interview, which was pretty straightforward. They asked me some scenario questions about sales and also a few questions about my background. The whole interview was about 40 minutes.
