The interview process was quite extensive, starting with an initial phone interview. This was followed by a full day of interviews which included six distinct parts. The final stage involved numerous behavioral interviews with various company employees, culminating in a case interview.

Behavioral Case Presentation
The interview process was very well organized. First, there was a recruiter call where they got to know me, it was pretty laid back. Then, I had a case interview with a manager. It was hard to prepare for, they were just testing how I think through concepts I'd see every day. After that, I was flown out to Charlotte and put up in a nice hotel. We were taken out for dinner the night before with other candidates and some Red Ventures employees. The next morning, the onsite interviews began and lasted about 5 hours. We started with a tour of the facilities. Then, there were about 4-5 case studies with different employees testing different things. Again, it was hard to prepare for.

So, first two interviews were phone calls. The first one was a behavioral type of interview, and the second one was a pretty easy case interview. After that, I had to go to their Charlotte campus for the final interview, which involved three cases and a group case using Excel. It was really heavy on mental math.
