First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Red Ventures.

The interview process was straightforward but it took a while. First, an HR screen, then a technical interview about marketing funnels. They really stress the practice video and mental math part for that. After that, a super day with four rounds. These rounds covered behavioral questions, Excel skills, and some marketing technical questions. Lastly, I had a behavioral interview with a VP. I got an offer call about a week after the final interview.
- Make sure you're really good at mental math and use the provided resources to practice.
- Practice mental math.

I was contacted by a recruiter who then set me up with a Director for a phone interview. The interview went well but no one reached back out after that. I followed up three separate times over a month and no one even answered me. It’s OK if it’s a no but it’s not OK to ignore people repeatedly.

The interview process is quite long. It started with a phone screening by HR, followed by a phone case interview. Then, there was a full day of interviews, including three case interviews and some informal chats about fit. Finally, there was a callback for group fit interviews. Overall, the process was good, but I was disappointed. I went through all these interviews, was told I did well, but in the end, they said they didn't have demand for my position. This didn't make sense because they said they were hiring and expanding everywhere. I would have been okay with just not being a fit, but the way it ended was handled poorly. They sent an email saying they still wanted to hire me and would let me know if demand changed. It was very disappointing.
- How would you boost sales?
