The interviews were pretty casual, focusing on discussing my experience. I had two separate interviews, and then they ghosted me, even after I tried to get feedback from the recruiter. It was incredibly unprofessional, and I wouldn't work for that company.

The interview process has 3 rounds. First, you'll have a culture fit interview with behavior questions. Second, there's a timed session where you'll create a process flowchart. Lastly, you'll do a business case and presentation with 1-2 interviewers. Note that not everyone might show up, and the outcome could be biased.

So I had two 30-minute Zoom interviews with some consultants, different levels. Then the first business case, which was 30 minutes and process-oriented. If that went well, I had a final interview that was 1 hour and included a presentation and a panel discussion.
