The recruiter got in touch about 2 weeks after I applied and set up the first interview. It was with an associate consultant and a senior analyst. We started with some background questions, then did a case study. I felt good about the case study; the associate consultant even mentioned I might be a better fit for an associate consultant role. He said I'd hear back in about 2 weeks, but then it was radio silence for 2 months until they sent a rejection email.

I went through the interview process with a company and it was a great experience. Everything from the first call to the offer was handled professionally. I've never seen such a positive and professional attitude before. They were really organized and on time throughout. Each part of the process was set up well and I was surprised by how well the different people involved coordinated. It felt like they cared about my time and made sure things moved along smoothly and on schedule. A highlight was how knowledgeable the team was. Everyone I talked to really knew their stuff about the job and what the company is trying to do. They explained everything about the role and gave me real talk about the good and bad parts I might face. It was cool to be so open and it helped me understand and feel good about the job. Also, the team was super supportive and responsive. They always answered my questions or worries, got back to me quickly, and helped me out when I needed it. This kind of candidate care is what makes this company stand out. So, if you want a place with respect, professionalism, good vibes, and a super knowledgeable team, this is it. They're great at all that and make sure you have a great time interviewing. I'm thankful I got to talk to such an awesome team and I definitely recommend this company if you want a good and supportive place to work.

I did a tour of the facility, which is in a suburban Yardley location and is a work in progress. I met with several people in charge during a 4-hour process that included testing. Everyone was really nice, but the company president seemed a bit distant. They gave me a detailed description of the job duties I would potentially be performing, followed by a thorough skills assessment and more interviews. The company appears to have a flat structure, and it seems like promotions and career growth aren't a priority. The salary range offered would be around $55k to $60k, depending on the applicant.

I had an interview with the recruiter, then with some coworkers, and finally with the two department heads. After that, I was ghosted for two weeks. I sent two emails and heard nothing for another week. The recruiter then told me I didn't get the job.
