The interview process was a bit unusual. I started with a standard interview with two district managers where they asked typical questions. After getting a callback, the next step was an 'in market trial.' This involved meeting a district manager at a few stores to observe and learn the job duties, which felt a bit redundant given my prior experience in the field. The final interview was with the General Sales Manager of the plant.

It was a one person panel interview. The interviewer asked about my balance and work ethic. The interviewer withheld information about salary, making me think it was higher than it actually was. My advice is to look for another job once you get an offer.

After applying, they'll call you to set up an interview at the office. The person who schedules the interview isn't the one who interviews you. Red Bull does have hiring managers, but they don't pick who they interview. Even though I'm in Atlanta, the person who booked my interview was in Texas. My interview was scheduled for 12:30 PM and ended around 1 PM. I was told there were other people interviewing for the same position. The hiring manager said they'd call me if they decided to move forward. I got a call about 30 minutes after leaving the office. I turned down the job because the warehouse was 45 minutes away. Considering the traffic and commute, I didn't think it was worth it. I do respect the hiring manager for being upfront and agreeing that it was too far and likely not worth it.
