Had an initial screening interview with HR, and then talked to the hiring manager. They both said things went well and they'd let me know about next steps. But then, radio silence. I tried following up a few times, but never heard back.

I had a two-stage interview process. First, I had an HRBP and my direct report conduct a Wingfinder assessment and some basic interview Q&A. Second, the HRBP, my direct report, and the Function Head did a case study and presentation, followed by more questions.

It was a low pressure, easy, and basic interview with questions to get to know me. Nothing was difficult or intended to trick me. I was given more than enough time to prepare my answers. I recommend having a pen and paper to write down thoughts during the interview to properly answer questions. Some questions had two parts.
