Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Red Bull.
Marketing
It was a super competitive process with about 4-5 rounds. The last round was a full 1-hour case study that I got 2 days notice for. It went really well, but unfortunately I didn't get the offer. Understandable though.

Marketing
I applied online for a senior marketing job and got an invitation to do Red Bull’s WingsFinder assessment which has a behavioral evaluation and a cognitive exercise. It took a bit over an hour to finish. About two days later, an HR person called me around 9 AM to talk about the role. I called her back around 1 PM, but she didn't answer and didn't have voicemail, so I couldn't leave a message. No follow-up email either. I called again around 4 PM. She answered but was driving and asked me to text her as a reminder to follow up. I sent a text with my availability and contact info within five minutes. It's been over three weeks with no follow-up. I didn't feel the need to reach out again because the lack of professionalism made me question how serious they were about the role and my application. It made me discouraged to continue. Red Bull, I really like your brand and would have liked to be part of your team. Hope this helps you improve the candidate experience.

Marketing
Es war ein schwieriges Interview, bei dem viele Details abgefragt wurden. Die Begrüssung war nett und die Dauer war normal. Der Ort war ein Café. Mehr gibt es nicht zu sagen. Es war alles in Ordnung.
