First, they had me submit my resume. Then, there was a video interview, but it wasn't with a person, I had to record myself. After that, I had an in-person interview with the manager and HR. This was followed by a 30-minute case study with the manager and the head of the department. Finally, they did a referee check.

Behavioral Presentation

The interview process and stages are dynamic, but a bit elaborate. You need to be very "proactive" (not shy and wanting to be noticed) to be well-placed/chosen. The questions are good and encouraging, but charisma seems to count more than the resume or project development itself. In short, know how to sell your story well. A negative point is that they don't give feedback, even if you've advanced more than one stage. If you don't pass to the next stage, there's no further contact.

I got notified that I would have 5 days to finish an online interview. It's a little awkward because you're just filming yourself. All the questions are timed, you had 30 seconds to prepare and 2 minutes to respond.
