First, you'll need to apply, upload your CV, and fill out some info, also choosing the areas you're interested in. Then, you'll get an invite to take our Red Bull Wingfinder, which is a personality test that gives you insights and coaching on your strengths. After that, we want you to tell us more about yourself, your background, your motivation, and what makes you unique in a short video interview using HireVue. You'll have 3 days to complete this from home. In a second video interview, we'll get to know each other better. We're eager to hear your story and career goals, and what you're looking for in a role with us. We'll also share more about the Graduate Program and the Red Bull world. If you make it to the final round, you'll be invited to a Selection Day for the specific role and country you applied for. This is a great chance to dive into the Red Bull world, meet future colleagues, and tackle some challenges. Expect an exciting and inspiring day.
