It was a full day assessment centre with lots of interesting team activities. It seemed more like a team building exercise than a real interview. Overall, it was a very good experience. I made it to the final 3 out of 3,000 applicants for this role. After several rounds of interviews, I was not offered the position. They told me I wasn't allowed any feedback on my interview. As a college student trying to grow and learn from rejections, I was really disappointed they couldn't take 5 minutes to provide feedback. If there had been like ten applicants, I could understand not having time for feedback, but since there were only two of us who didn't get the job, this was super disappointing.
