The process is a bit slow, they ask several things about previous positions. I think the questions were appropriate for the role. The people were quite constructive and gave feedback about the interview.

Behavioral Presentation Case

The interview process was pretty straightforward: first a call with the recruiter, then a virtual chat with the hiring manager, and finally an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and an operations leader where I had to present a case study. The case study part was the only hiccup for me, asking for things like market insights, potential accounts, and sales strategies. I felt like they were asking for free work there. After the presentation and final interview, I got told they were restructuring and looking internally. It felt like I was just a formality and they got some free market research out of me. Overall, a negative experience.

Behavioral Presentation

Had an online webcam timed questionnaire interview. You go in with certain expectations of the position considering all of the qualifications you need to have and devoting at least 25% of your role to commuting, but right before the webcam interview you are given a 3 minute video of a "day in the life" and are blindsided by the position. You are basically a delivery driver for the company from 6am to 6pm.
