Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RecruitFirst.
Intern
I did a good amount of preparation before my interview which helped me answer questions with confidence. The questions asked were pretty standard and pretty much what I expected. The whole process wasn't that hard and I got the offer.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
The interview process includes both Chinese and English sections. Candidates will undergo a group discussion for shortlisting. You'll need to describe yourself using a single concept and consider being the first to answer questions. A self-introduction is also required.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Intern
The recruiter called and ghosted me for the interview arrangement. She phoned me 1-2 weeks later for scheduling an on-site interview. The interview started 30 mins late and overran for an hour. Unfortunately the recruiter never got back to me after the interview. Overall very poor interview experience.
