Relief Teacher
So first, we'll have a quick chat with an agent to go over your experience with kids and when you can work. Then, if that goes well, you'll come to our main office to sort out some paperwork and we can chat a bit more about your past jobs.
- Could you share details about your past work with children?
- What are your working availabilities?
- Could you elaborate on your prior work experience?
Intern
The interview process includes both Chinese and English sections. Candidates will undergo a group discussion for shortlisting. You'll need to describe yourself using a single concept and consider being the first to answer questions. A self-introduction is also required.

Sales Associate
the overall employer was friendly through the phone, nothing new. I couldn't find a suitable job, but they provide good service. I'm still waiting for job finds. I got a job, but the employer never got back to me so I decided to give up and wait again. So I went through a phone screening and it went quite well.
- What makes you want to work here?
Recruiter
The interview process had 3 rounds in total, and the whole thing took about 2 weeks. The consultant who reached out was really nice and friendly. The interviews weren't too tough as long as you showed interest in the job, could explain things clearly, and proved you had researched the position well. I didn't really like all the personal questions, like they needed your whole family history and jobs, and the implication that foreign candidates were just trying to get a work pass. It's weird because most companies promote Diversity and Inclusion and non-discriminatory policies, yet RecruitFirst was still asking about what your family does. The salary and incentive plan they offered me was low compared to other agencies, and with policies for pay cuts if targets aren't met, it's just not a great offer. Too many red flags for sure.
- What's your motivation for applying to this position?
- Do you feel comfortable with a sales-oriented role, and do you have prior sales experience?
- Could you tell me about your family members' occupations?
