Talent Acquisition Specialist
It was pretty chill, and I had to do some personality tests. The process was pretty normal, where you have to talk about yourself and your past experiences.
- How comfortable are you with communicating with people?
- How comfortable are you with interviewing others?
Recruitment Consultant
Had three rounds of interview at their office. Second round was with one of their director, flaunting to me how much she earned for that month, telling me everything else is worthless except sales and work. Third round was with their CEO, Mr Sim, came in late with an attitude, talked in a condescending manner, judged your past experiences, told me he don't even know what position I applied for? Isn't the problem of your staff? asked lots of personal question, asked about your PSLE score, any achievements over the years Long working hours, low starting salary, six months long probations, you dont get commission during probation but still get the fee for headcount, 20 percent deduction of salary if never meet sales target. Need to work on saturday If still want to go for the interview, remember to not wear dark coloured shirt during the interview with Mr Sim, tell him you don't smoke even if you do
- Can you tell me about yourself and your personal details?
- What have been your past achievements?
- What is your GPA?

The interview process felt like a bit of a marathon, and some questions they asked didn't really seem to help them figure out if I was a good fit, like asking about my family members' ages and jobs. I met with a few different managers who came in one by one, and it felt drawn out because they kept asking the same things over and over.
- What made you want to apply for this position?
- What's your reasoning for choosing recruitment over an in-house HR role?
