Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Recruit Express.
HR Administrator
It was a standard and normal interview process. They asked basic interview questions, so as long as you prepare normally, you will be fine. I was also made to fill in a personality quiz. The interviewer was quite friendly and it felt like a normal conversation.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- Do you have any basic interview questions for us?
HR Coordinator
The first step is an interview where they want to get to know you better. The interviewer was friendly. They asked typical interview questions and included a personality test at the end to gauge your fit with the company's culture.
- Can you introduce yourself?
Human Resources Coordinator
It started with a phone call to set up the interview. Then I had to complete a personality test. I guess they liked my results because higher-ups came to talk to me, and it all ended with an interview with the head of the branch. They asked some really personal questions that made me uncomfortable, and they kept comparing my answers to the personality test results. It felt like they were cross-examining me, and honestly, I just couldn't handle it anymore and kind of messed up the interview. I got a really bad vibe from the whole thing.
- Could you tell me about your parents' occupations and their respective industries?
- Would you be prepared to dedicate additional time and effort to meet performance targets and participate in company gatherings?
