So the interview process had four stages: First, HR, then Sales Manager, then EMEA Director of Sales, and finally a panel with four people. The HR team was on top of things, reaching out after each interview and giving me the lowdown on how I did and what I could do better, which was super helpful. Definitely make sure you know Recorded Future’s value prop inside and out, they really care about that. Also, be ready to show why you're the right person for the job with solid examples, like how you’ve landed deals before, your pipeline management system, and how you plan your day.

The process kicked off with an HR screening to review my background, skills, and fit for the role. The next step was an interview with the VP of Sales APJ, my direct manager, where we dove into details about my understanding and capabilities for the position and the company's expectations. Following that, I had separate interviews with the heads of CS, SE, and BDR Renewal to discuss my leadership and collaboration style. The final stage was an interview with the president, focusing on my leadership approach, how I'd drive operational excellence, and meet business goals.
