It was a 3 part interview process. Two interviews were behavioral, and one was a data engineering technical take-home assignment that we then reviewed in a subsequent interview with the data engineering team. The behavioral interview was pretty straightforward, as was the technical part.

The interview process was a very positive one for me! The people I spoke to were very nice and welcoming. It was easy to make conversation and they seemed interested. They don't do on-the-spot technical questions like other companies. It has been overall a great experience. Below I outline my process with my timeline: I applied on 10/20, and they asked for an interview on 10/27. On 11/2, I had a behavioral interview with a recruiter and was given a coding challenge to complete within a week. On 11/10, I had a technical interview with an engineer where we reviewed the coding challenge I had submitted. On 11/12, I had two behavioral interviews with the Manager of the Data Science department and the VP of the Data Science department. It was a very relaxed interview, mostly a conversation. After this interview, I was told they gave positive feedback and to provide professional references. On 11/15, I received an Official Offer.

The interview process started with a recruiter phone screen that involved a resume review. This was followed by a behavioral interview with the manager. After that, there was a take-home coding challenge. The coding challenge was then reviewed with an engineer and the manager. Finally, two references were checked. The role emphasized Python and interest in the company.
