The interview process was seamless and one the most pleasant and professional I have ever had. From the regular HR personality check to the technical aspects, all parts of the process went exceptionally well. Makes you feel want to work for the company for the rest of your career.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I interviewed for the Consultant, Intelligence Services role at Recorded Future. The process was set up nicely with four consecutive parts. Each part built on the interviewee's understanding of the role, like role level expectations, place within the organization, and areas for opportunity. The first three rounds had typical interview behavioral questions and other questions fitting the general organizational culture. The fourth interview was a nice break from the norm, requiring extra effort to understand the platform for a presentation. While difficult, I found this step crucially important as the platform will become this role’s everyday. Overall, it was a solid experience as I left with a good understanding of the job and what to expect, unlike other interview processes.

Behavioral Technical

After a good chat with HR that made me feel confident about my experience, I went through four rounds. Instead of a group interview, I met with each manager I'd report to individually. This whole thing lasted about a month. In the end, they said they needed someone with way more experience, which was super frustrating. Why waste a month and four interviews to figure that out? It felt like a checklist of questions instead of talking about my actual relevant experience. They seemed to want someone who already knew everything and could start immediately.
