Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Recorded Future.
Enterprise Account Executive
This place is a joke for top sellers, avoid interviewing. The TA/HR team is incompetent and will prevent even direct referrals from interviewing. I had a referral from a sales leader, but the recruiter couldn't grasp that SaaS/Cyber turnover isn't always rep-driven.
- Could you discuss the reasons for the short tenures listed on your resume?
Account Executive
The processes were great, I got to chat with my hiring manager, the sales director, and my potential teammates. We met both in person and virtually, so I could get a good understanding of what this role entails.
- Can you tell me about your passions or what motivates you?
Account Executive
The interview process was really well organized. It started with HR, then went to my reporting manager, followed by the VP and the head of Engineers/Architects. After that, I had to present a deck and answer some questions. The whole experience was very professional, and I always knew what the next step would be.
- Can you describe a specific situation where you faced a difficult sales scenario?
- Which types of roles have you previously sold to?
