My interview experience with Record Minas was quite bad. The process was generally quick, and I got positive feedback within 2 days of the final stage. I then had to submit my university documentation to start. I contacted my college because only they could provide the required document. I got it within a few hours and sent it. Then, there was a 6-DAY silence. No confirmation, no feedback on the document, nothing to indicate if my approval was on track or not. I tried contacting them during this period, but still no response. On the seventh day, I called the person in charge. She told me I was approved and then suddenly said the document was wrong, questioning things that hadn't been mentioned before. Despite the HR's unpreparedness and lack of professionalism, the pressure was put on me. It was shocking and desperate; a dream was falling apart, and I didn't know what to do. The woman I spoke to said their process is long and they are in a hurry, so waiting for my correct documentation was almost impossible. I wondered why they didn't tell me earlier if the process is so long and time is so short. The rejection was immediate, without notice or justification. If I hadn't reached out, I would never have known I was no longer among the chosen candidates. I immediately contacted my university and, within 1 DAY, the document was correct, but apparently, 'there was no way to hold my spot.' I pleaded for her to look for possibilities and give me an update. I sent emails for 3 days after sending the corrected document, seeking a response. Humiliation, lack of understanding and professionalism, disappointment, and anger still echo within me as I write this, thinking that I could have been working in my dream field this week if people had been organized and communicated properly. I still haven't received any feedback on this situation and continue to feel distressed. It's funny how a communications company struggles so much with internal communication.

The hiring process starts with submitting your application on Gupy. After that, there's an in-person interview with HR, followed by an in-person test, and finally, an online interview with the manager.

Had an interview with HR, which included a Portuguese test and technical tests, lasting about two hours. Then, I had a 15-minute interview with the manager. The manager gave me a quick tour of the broadcast station, which was pretty cool.

Fui contatado pelo WhatsApp para participar da entrevista. A comunicação inicial pelo WhatsApp não foi boa. A entrevista foi coletiva, realizada em um auditório, com um teste palográfico. Havia pessoas de várias áreas e alguns candidatos chegaram atrasados. O RH parecia distante e só fez perguntas para alguns candidatos. Tive que me apresentar na frente de todos. Perdi meu tempo no local, pois as informações passadas pelo WhatsApp eram diferentes das presenciais. Esperava-se também uma certa 'secura'. A resposta sobre o processo não virá pela Gupy, mas por outra empresa sem o nome da Record. É uma vaga com mais de 900 candidatos e não contratam ninguém, o problema é com eles.
