Technical Behavioral Case
The Excel exercises focus on business logic and analysis, requiring problem-solving and data management skills. The interviews include a meeting with HR to check soft skills and motivations, one with a Senior to evaluate advanced technical skills, and finally a meeting with a Manager to delve into strategic capabilities, leadership, and overall business vision. The whole process is designed to test both operational abilities and professional aptitudes.

Next, there was another interview with HR focusing on cultural fit. Finally, contract signing occurred with the Manager.
