So the interview process has 3 stages: first there's an initial HR screening call. Then you'll have an interview with the Director where you'll need to analyze and present some data, and they'll ask questions about your background. Lastly, there's an interview with the VP where they'll ask about why you want to work for the company and your potential contributions.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

The whole process took 3 stages. First, there was a short (15 min) phone call where they asked about my salary expectations, my current job and what I wanted to do in the future. Then, I had an hour-long meeting with the hiring manager and a key stakeholder. They asked me competency questions and questions about the company. Lastly, there was a 2-hour practical interview where I had to work with a sample data set and answer six questions based on it. After that, the hiring manager and key stakeholders asked me some more questions. They said I'd hear back in 8 working days, but they never got back to me and my emails were ignored. I ended up getting an automated rejection email with no feedback.

Behavioral Case Presentation

For the Sales Analyst position at Reckitt, you'll go through three rounds. First up is a chat with HR to look over your resume and talk about why you want the job and if you'd be a good fit for the company culture. Then, you'll get into the nitty-gritty of your analytical and commercial smarts, likely with a case study or data task where you'll need to figure out sales patterns, find ways to grow, and then show what you found. Lastly, there's a panel or one-on-one chat with some of the senior folks to see how you match up with Reckitt's values, how well you talk to people, and how you'd help teams work together and boost sales.
