Behavioral Case

A few weeks after I applied, I was invited for an interview at the Heidelberg location. The interview was with someone from HR and someone from the department, and it lasted about an hour. Overall, the questions were quite manageable. They aimed to understand my motivation and my ideas about the internship. The conversation was pleasant and I felt very comfortable. The interviewers were very open and friendly. I received the job offer a few days after the interview.

After submitting my CV, the recruiter contacted me by email and I completed some online personality tests. After a first interview with the recruiter (focused on my professional and academic experiences, and a case study), I had a second interview with the manager: she asked me about myself, my studies, my experiences and gave me a business case about market share.

Behavioral Other

Had an interview with HR and the Head of E-commerce. It was a disappointing experience because they seemed out of touch and didn't know much about the role, which is unusual for an international company. They didn't seem interested in the candidate and didn't understand the job challenges or team structure. Makes me wonder about their onboarding prep. Got a short email after a month saying they went with someone else.
