Behavioral Case Presentation

The company took over a month to get me an offer. I went through three interview rounds: HR, the team, and a case study. They said they still had to talk to the Marketing Director, who was out of town. I followed up a few times, and they said they were just waiting for the Director to be back. About a month later, I interviewed with the Director, and soon after that, I got the offer.

First, there was a quick call with HR to talk about my resume experience, which was about 20 minutes. After that, I got a simple excel test to finish in 2 days. Then, I had a virtual interview that lasted about an hour, covering my past experiences, how I'd fit the work culture, and some quick problem-solving questions. About 10 minutes after the interview, HR called me with the internship offer.

Behavioral Technical

I had an interview over the phone and then an online interview with both the HR and the brand manager. They asked me a lot of questions about how I've behaved in my past jobs. There was also a small technical part where they showed me sell out data of companies in two years and I had to make some assumptions and observations.
