Technical Behavioral Case Presentation

Submitted an online application with my CV and cover letter. Then I had online testing with SHL, which included inductive and numerical reasoning. After that, I completed a video interview with 5 questions, about 1 minute each. The next stage was an assessment center, which involved an introduction, a case study, networking, and an individual interview where I was asked STAR and behavioural questions. Finally, I received an offer.

Behavioral Technical

First I got an email for a phone interview with someone from the HR department. The conversation was very pleasant and they asked the usual HR questions, followed by a mini case study. The recruiter told me I would soon receive an answer on whether and how the application process would continue. The invitation to the interview with the group/team leaders came a few weeks later.

I first applied online, and about two weeks later, I got an invitation for an online test. After that, I was invited for a phone interview which was pretty soon after. Then, I had an in-person interview on-site, which included working on a case study and presenting the results. Finally, there was an assessment center day, also in HD.
