Had a video interview where a prerecorded message played. Had to answer questions within 2 minutes after a 30-second thinking period. Only got one chance to record. Questions were presented in writing. This was after I completed a cognitive assessment.

It began with submitting an online application. Afterwards, I got an email inviting me for a personal interview with the manager, which took place in their office. The interviewer was really friendly and kept the atmosphere relaxed, not too formal. We talked about my CV and what made me interested in the job, and also about what I hoped to learn from the position.

I sent my CV through Reckitt's portal. A few days later, I got a call and did an initial phone screening. Then, I had a first interview that covered general knowledge, motivation, technical aspects, and included some English questions. After getting positive feedback, I had a final interview with the team leader. Shortly after that, I was told the feedback was good and they offered me the position.

- Tell me about your experiences abroad, how you handle group work and difficult situations, and do a self-assessment of your soft skills.
- Describe a market using tables with value and volume shares, determine the price, and what kind of product it might be. Also, two Excel exercises on pivot tables and vlookup. Finally, in English, explain why you are interested in Reckitt.
