Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Reckitt.
Business Analyst
Declined at the screen stage. The interviewer was from Poland and didn't know anything about the field they were recruiting for. A complete waste of my time. No salary was posted, so I asked for the market rate.
- Can you introduce yourself, talk about your experience, and explain why you want to work at Reckitt?
IT Analyst
I had one screening call with HR/Recruitment where they asked about my background, education, and experience. Then, there was a technical call where I was assessed as an analyst. Finally, I had a call with the manager where they asked about some high-level technical stuff and mostly soft skills.
- Describe a problem you solved at your last job.
Business Analyst
We started with an HR phone interview that lasted about 30 minutes. Then, there was an on-site interview. This involved a case study where I was given numbers and tables to analyze trends and reasons, with about 40 minutes to prepare. Following that, I had an interview with the HR manager and a supervisor. The process concluded with a background check.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivates you?
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
