I was contacted via LinkedIn due to my profile. We scheduled a Meet interview. During the interview, the interviewer spoke about the company and the role. When I started talking about myself, she seemed distracted, looking for her laptop charger. I felt it was disrespectful not to ask for a moment, as anyone could run out of battery. I thought an HR person should know how to handle this. She wasn't listening. After that, I continued discussing my background. She then asked about my salary expectations, and upon hearing my response that it was negotiable, she said she'd be in touch if anything and ended the interview. Unbelievable.

I applied online and an external recruiter reached out right away. About two weeks later, I had my first interview with the hiring managers at RB Slough. It was a mix of experience and competency questions. They said I'd get feedback in 2 days, but I had to chase them for it. The feedback was positive, and they mentioned a second round was coming, but no date was set. After another two-week wait, the second interview with the Area/Regional managers was scheduled, but then it got cancelled because of a hiring freeze. The people I met were nice though.

O processo teve 5 etapas. Primeiro, uma entrevista com RH (com uma parte em inglês). Segundo, uma entrevista com a gestora da área (também com parte em inglês). Nada foi muito difícil, mas as entrevistas foram bem focadas na vaga, então se faltasse experiência, seria complicado. Achei cada etapa plausível. Não perguntaram nada sobre a vida pessoal.
