I got a call from the manager and they asked me to come for a group interview. There were about 12 people there. We were asked some general knowledge questions about rebel. After that, we had to interview each other about our past experience and why we want the job and present it to the group and manager.

I applied online and had to do some online assessments. Then I got an email to go into the store for a group interview. There were like 10-12 people in my group, but about 40 people total, and they only needed 3-4 hires. The manager and two assistants introduced themselves and talked about the store. Then we had to talk to the person next to us and introduce them to the group. The person I had was really bad at listening to what I said. He didn't mention my adventurous interests like Skydiving or bungee jumping, and I didn't want to be rude by interrupting. He also messed up my availability, saying something different from what I told him, and it contradicted my interests. I knew I wouldn't get the job after that, but I just smiled and kept going. We also had to write down some answers on paper.
