Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rebel Foods (Formerly Faasos).
QA Manager
The interview process was carried out in a very professional manner, involving three different rounds of interviews with HR managers, the Quality Assurance Manager and the Head of the QA Department for the company.
- Can you tell me about your background and details about your last job?
- What is the difference between QA and QC?
- What is the danger zone for food products?
Quality Assurance Engineer II
It was a really fast and efficient process. They had 2 technical rounds first, then an HR round. It was smooth, agile, and friendly. I spoke with different people over 2 to 3 rounds. The experience was great, and the people seemed nice. You should be confident and clear with your thoughts. They also try to connect all your answers to their upcoming questions.
- Can you answer some SQL questions?
- Can you answer some API questions?
- Can you solve a problem-solving puzzle?
QA Engineer
The process includes 3 steps. First, an assignment where you need to create a QA strategy. Second, a technical round where questions were asked based on the assignment work. Third, an HR round. The best part of it was to check the candidate's attitude towards life and work, and basic understanding about the role being offered.
- Assignment: write QA strategy
- Tell us about your journey
- What is your understanding towards the role and company?
