Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Rebel Foods (Formerly Faasos).
Product Designer Intern
I met with Sarvistha and Nachiket. Mostly, I introduced myself, showed them my projects, and answered their questions about my work. They also told me about their departments and answered my questions.
- Can you discuss your work and the process you followed for your projects?
- What are your intentions and expectations for this role?
Product Designer
The interview process was smooth and interviewers had a friendly approach. Position details were clearly explained and what was required from me if and when I joined was also explained.
- Tell me about your work experience.
Product Designer
The interview process included an HR screening followed by 3 rounds of interviews. It was a great experience talking with the product design team, who seemed talented and experienced. I was initially offered a position, which I accepted. However, the HR department became unresponsive for weeks and later rescinded the offer, which was a disappointing and trust-breaking experience, though the team itself seemed good.
- The interviews felt conversational and probed into your design process and work methodology.
