After applying, I went through a phone screen, completed a data challenge, and then had an in-person tech screen with the manager. Following that, there was an on-site interview with three people: a product manager, a data engineer, and a business analyst manager. The questions covered business case studies, SQL, my data challenge, some basic ML, and logic/estimation problems to see my thought process. I thought the questions were pretty easy. Even though the role wasn't quite what I was looking for, I really liked the team and it's obvious they enjoy working there and are passionate. The recruiter was great to work with, and they really put effort into the hiring process with things like swag bags and donations.

Applied online and got a recruiter email two days later. The recruiter then sent a case study due in 5 days. After submitting it, I was told I passed and could talk to an analyst on the team. After that phone call, we set up an onsite interview for two weeks later. Since I wasn't local, the company paid for my travel, food, transport, and hotel. The onsite was a whole afternoon with 5 interviews with 5 different people. After the interviews, the recruiter talked about benefits. I got the interview results via email 3 business days later. The whole process was my favorite, with professional recruiters and friendly interviewers. They even gave a goodie bag with swag, a gift card, and a charity donation.

Had a first phone interview where we talked about introductions, my interest in the role, and what I know about the company. The second call was with a team member, discussing the team, the technologies they use, and a small technical test. I was also advised to look up common interview questions online.
