The interview process included an initial phone call with Talent Acquisition, followed by an in-person meeting with the leadership team. This in-person part involves a presentation. Don't worry, they're looking for someone enthusiastic and resilient. You'll need to prepare a presentation covering your recruiting career, achievements, and your 30-60-90 day plan.

The interview process had 3 main stages. First, I spoke with the internal recruiter. Then, I had an interview with a manager. The final stage was an interview and presentation with a group of managers. Initially, the questions were standard behavioral and situational ones. However, the last interview was more intense, focusing on my presentation abilities and what drives me. It was like a 'shark tank' scenario where they really scrutinized my responses and even had me do some role-playing. The overall experience might have been okay, but the internal recruiter was really difficult to deal with. They were bad at keeping in touch, didn't prepare me well for the interviews, and then just disappeared after the final round without any feedback or acknowledging the time I invested.

The whole thing took three weeks, even though the interviews themselves were done in just one week. They took way too long to get back with feedback, and the final rejection was super unprofessional because they waited so long to tell me. I tried following up with three different people, like 3 times each, and never heard back. I had basically forgotten about it until the TA specialist finally got back to me with some lame excuse about being out of office, even though one of the others said she was actually in. It was a really unprofessional candidate experience, and honestly, it makes me wonder what kind of experience they give to the people they're trying to recruit.
