Business Development Representative
The interview process has 4 stages. First, there's an HR screen with the TA, then a meeting with the team manager, followed by a role-play interview with the manager and/or director, and finally, a chat with the CRO or founder. The TA helped me prepare for everything beforehand.
- Can you elaborate on your transferable experiences?
- What drives you and what are your motivations?
- Could you describe yourself?
Business Development Representative
I had a really good experience interviewing here! It started with a chat with the recruiter, then I got an email assignment for prospecting. After that, I had a Zoom call with the managers. This was followed by a presentation and a mock call with the managers. The final step was meeting with the VP. Everyone was super helpful and gave great insights. The assignments were clear about what they wanted, and they answered all my questions and told me their goals. The recruiter was especially helpful with prep and always available to chat. Super happy with how it all went, nice people all around.
- What's your strategy for reaching out to a new, uninterested lead?
- What draws you to a career in sales, specifically within the SaaS industry?
Business Development Representative
It was a really straightforward and clear process with 3 rounds. The first was a 30-minute chat with a manager. The second involved a presentation and a cold call with two other managers. The final round was a call with the VP of sales. Everyone I met was super nice and down-to-earth, and they were really helpful with prepping for the assignments, showing they genuinely want you to succeed.
- Can you describe a situation where you had to operate through discomfort?
