Customer Success Manager
Before talking to anyone, I had to do an assessment with number sequences and shapes. I did it since it didn't ask for private info, but it felt like too much for a CSM job. Then, I was set up for a 75-minute interview with the CEO, skipping the usual screening call or hiring manager chat. Because they didn't tell me the salary range, I opted out.

Customer Success Analyst
My interview at Reachdesk was pretty good, like a 3-stage process plus a project that had its own stages. The people there were super enthusiastic and supportive, and I got good vibes, especially on the project part, where they said I did more than enough. The recruiter was great, always on it and clear. Sadly, I didn't get the job after the final round. I was told the founder had doubts about how detailed my churn analysis was. I thought that was weird 'cause it wasn't brought up with me in our talk, and I didn't get to explain my analysis or the operational fixes I suggested. It was a bummer that my two follow-up emails for feedback weren't answered. Overall, a solid process, just a weird ending.

Account Executive
Had a first screening call with a recruiter. Then, a video call with 2 people where one was quiet and the other had his wife listening in. Moved to the final stage: a discovery call and presentation. Had a prep call for the role-play and got some advice. The recruiter mentioned they were still figuring out the exact position they were recruiting for. The final interview was rescheduled last minute due to a COVID excuse, then rescheduled 5 days later with the person apparently recovered. During the final interview, one person did the role-play while the other was disengaged. The discovery call was tough with limited info and didn't match the prepared scenario. Had to redo the disco call immediately after with only negative feedback. It was stressful needing more time. They seemed uninterested in my presentation. Got an email the next day saying no offer. Felt like they never intended to hire me and set me up to fail. Read similar past reviews about wasting time. Glad I didn't get the offer. They sent a £10 gift card with the rejection.

Business Development Representative
I had a really good experience interviewing here! It started with a chat with the recruiter, then I got an email assignment for prospecting. After that, I had a Zoom call with the managers. This was followed by a presentation and a mock call with the managers. The final step was meeting with the VP. Everyone was super helpful and gave great insights. The assignments were clear about what they wanted, and they answered all my questions and told me their goals. The recruiter was especially helpful with prep and always available to chat. Super happy with how it all went, nice people all around.
