Customer Service Representative
They explained the role, you have to immediately accept the role when offered otherwise you may miss out. Was very fast paced and fast turnaround also so that kind of says something.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Data Scientist
Had an HR interview, then I was given a task to solve related to classifying review sentiments using sentiment analysis, and finally, I had a technical interview covering data science techniques and algorithms.

- Tell me about linear regression
- Tell me about logistic regression
Telemarketer
I applied online, they called back and left a message about where and when to come in and the dress code. I went there with my resume, signed in, and the secretary gave me paperwork and a pen. I went into a big room with a huge desk and chairs. There were other people applying too. The interviewer asked questions about what we put on the application and tried to get us riled up to see if we were cut out for a telemarketing position. After interviewing us, he had us read a general telemarketing script, then told us about the positions, pay, and hours. The interviewer acted like a police officer. The office was clean and business-like. They called me within a week and offered me the job, which I accepted.
- They asked questions about what you put on the app, and started picking things out to try to get us all riled up.
- Read a general telemarketing script.
- Read a script that they switch up with everyone in the room, which has a lot of big phrases.
Call Center Agent
I applied for the job through Indeed and their website. The next week, I got an email to schedule an interview. It was pretty easy to find the building, although in Cincinnati, there are two separate buildings, which could be a little confusing. The lobby looked really nice, and the people there greeted me friendly and offered me candy. The hiring manager made me feel comfortable. They print out your application from the website and your resume if you submitted one. They help you figure out which program or job is the best fit for you. They seemed to really want call center agents, even though I originally wanted to be a tech support rep when I came in.
