First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at RCO Legal.
Mediations Coordinator
I spoke with three paralegals and an attorney. It was more intimidating than I thought it would be. They asked me about managing challenging situations and dealing with difficult clients like banks. They also noted that the workload is more than 40 hours a week.
- What's your strategy for handling a workload exceeding 40 hours per week?
- How do you approach working with difficult clients?
Legal Assistant
Typical interview process. Wait in a reception area on the first floor. Manager of the position greeted me and escorted me through the building, with a small tour on the way to the conference room. Interview was conducted by the manager and managing attorney. 30-45 minute interview.
- What do you consider your worst asset?
Foreclosure Processor
I did the phone interview first, then they set up an in-person interview where 4 people interviewed me all at once. I was nervous at first, but they basically asked about my job duties when I worked in Mortgage.
- Can you tell me about your previous job experience?
- Could you explain your responsibilities in your previous Mortgage role?
Title Specialist
The interview process was quite simple and standard. They asked typical questions about my previous role and salary. It was all very straightforward and as expected.
- Can you describe your responsibilities in your previous position?
- What was your previous salary?
