I got this internship through a linden post and then I applied with a referral from one of the senior engineers. The first round was an aptitude test, which I got a link for on the hackerrank platform. I copied all the answers from the internet for that. The second round was technical and the third was hr.

I applied online and got the online assessment the same day. It was pretty easy, most people should be able to answer it. They took about a month to say I didn't get an interview, even though I met the basic requirements. I'm a bit annoyed because they said the assessment wasn't the only factor. They said, "keeping in mind that your performance here (assessment) is not the only piece of information that we use to determine if your skills and capabilities are a fit for the role that you have applied for." This was clearly not true. It would be helpful if they were clearer about why applicants don't get interviews instead of making them wait so long.
